How do I check the temperature?
The drink's temperature appears on the Kofea Cup lid. The display shows the temperature; it does not heat the drink.
How long does it keep coffee hot?
Up to 12 hours, thanks to its vacuum-insulated double wall in 316 stainless steel.
Does the display need charging?
No. The display runs on a dedicated battery that lasts up to 3 years. No cable, no charging.
What materials come into contact with the drink?
The drink comes into contact with the 316 stainless steel interior. Ceramic covers the outside of the Kofea Cup.
Can I mix colours in a pack?
Yes. With both the Duo and Trio, you choose the colour of each mug from the five available colours.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery times then depend on the carrier. Delivery is free on orders over €35 in France.
Which countries do you ship to?
France and Monaco: €6.99, free from €35 (Express €10.99). Europe: Germany, Belgium, Spain, Finland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland and Portugal, €9.99. Switzerland, Norway and Iceland: €14.99, customs fees may apply on delivery.
