Dispatching your order
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 business hours. Dispatch means handing your parcel to the carrier; delivery time comes on top of that and depends on the destination and the shipping method you choose.
Shipping costs and tracking
- France and Monaco: €6.99, free on orders over €35 (Express: €10.99 in France)
- Europe - Germany, Belgium, Spain, Finland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal: €9.99
- Switzerland, Norway, Iceland: €14.99. Customs duties or local VAT may be charged on delivery.
We do not ship to other countries for now. The shipping costs and options available for your address are shown before you confirm payment. Please check your order summary before completing your purchase.

Withdrawal and returns
You have 14 days from receipt to tell us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. To arrange a return, contact us with your order number and the items concerned. We will send you the instructions and the return address.
Return shipping costs for a withdrawal are your responsibility. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will find the right solution. Your statutory guarantees still apply.
